To open an account at Juya, you need an active mobile number or email address and a password. During registration, you'll provide your name, date of birth, and preferred currency. KYC (identity verification) keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. Before making a withdrawal or depositing above a certain threshold, you'll need to submit a photo of your NID, passport, or driving licence. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

Yes, you can close your account at any time by sending a request to support@juya.ws. Before closing, make sure there are no pending bets or withdrawals. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it first.

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you're not receiving an OTP on your phone, make sure your network connection is stable. Wait 2 minutes and click "Resend". If the issue persists, try logging in with your email or contact our support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Live betting means placing bets on a match in real time while it's in progress. You can bet on various markets even after the match has started, and odds update moment to moment. Decisions need to be made fast — make sure to confirm your bet before the odds change.
